简介
针对一列p/fdr值，倍数变化等的数值转化
输入数据
输入为N行数值，其中第一行是名字，其余行是数值。
注意：这里所有数值取float，忽略精度。即小数点后第6位开始可能跟你用excel算的不一致，对结果没啥影响
