LncRNA-seq简介

LncRNA是一类长度大于200 nt的非编码RNA，通常认为它们并不编码蛋白质，而是以RNA的形式在多种层面上（表观遗传调控、转录调控以及转录后调控等）参与mRNA基因的调控。作为新型疾病诊断和预后biomarker，越来越多研究者开始关注lncRNA，lncRNA在国自然中的资助也呈逐年上升趋势。 LncRNA测序利用去核糖体实验方法结合高通量测序技术检测和定量样品中的lncRNA和mRNA，以加速lncRNA的功能机制研究。
