ChIP-seq简介

ChIP-seq(Chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing)使用抗体富集的方法在基因组范围内检测多种蛋白(例如转录因子CTCF)和其他染色质相关蛋白(例如H3K4me3)与DNA的相互作用。ChIP-seq用于研究表观基因组如何促进细胞生长,癌症和其他疾病发生,已经成为确定不同组织、细胞的组蛋白修饰谱的金标准。
