Volcano plot

Introduction
Similar to volcano, so name it.
Input data instructions
Input data contain 3 columns: the first column is gene name, the second column is log2FC (up: >=0, down <0), the third column is Pvalue/FDR/... . log2FC must not be NA, inf, -inf.
Examples from papers
Identification of Gene Expression Changes Associated With Uterine Receptivity in Mice Fig 1A.
Writing Skills
Volcano plot of differentially expressed genes between cancer and normal. Red dots represents upregulated genes, blue dots represents downregulated genes, and gray dots represent genes that were not differentially expressed (P < 0.05, |logFC|>1.0).

Output

1) How to plot?
1, Prepare data
2, Open with excel, and change into the same format as the example
3, Copy and paste data into the input frame
4, Select parameters
5, Submit and download figure files

2) Why NO figure generated?
Script need strigent input format, please read the instructions and examples carefully.
