Introduction
Save space for paried sequence alignment. R sparial packages.
Input data instructions
Fasta format file with 4 lines. The first line is the name of sequence 1, the second line is the sequence of sequence 1. The third line is the name of sequence 2, the fourth line is the sequence of sequence 2. The lengths of two sequences must be the same (add - if needed), all upper case (ATCG) or all lower case (atcg).
