dual Y bars (population pyramids)

Introduction
Using dual Y bars to show two categorical data. For population pyramids, left for men, right for women. bars for values. bars can be stacked.
Data instructions
left data: column 1 is name, column 2+ is values (can only have one data set), all values must be positive or zero.
right data: column 1 is name, column 2+ is values (can only have one data set), all values must be positive or zero.
left data and right data must have same number of rows and columns.
