Input data instructions
PCR input data contain 3 columns: the first column is name, the second column is expression, and the third column is standard deviation (in excel using: stdev(PCR value list)/sqrt(repeat number)).
RNA-seq input data contain 2 columns: the first column is name, and the second column is expression.
