chromosome distribution with centromere

Introduction
Chromosome distributions of peaks, SNPs, genes. Up and down arc bars represent long arm and short arm respectively.
Input data instructions
Chromosome length data contain 3 columns: the first column is chromosome names, the second column is chromosome lengths, and the last column is location of centromere (mean of start and end).
Genomic location data contain 3 columns (column 3 is optional): the first column is chromosome name, the second column is location and the third column is categories, such as up, dn. At most 6 categories, i.e. 6 user-defined colors.
